Question 14

Accepted Answer

The Project Board, because the change exceeds the delegated authority. When a change exceeds the delegated authority of the Change Authority, it must be escalated to the Project Board. This ensures proper governance and alignment with the principle of management by exception.

The Project Manager, because they are responsible for day-to-day management
