You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis via Stripe. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Lifetime plans provide permanent access with no recurring charges.
All questions, explanations, and materials on Courseiva are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, scrape, or commercially use our content without written permission.
You may not share your account, use automated tools to scrape content, or attempt to circumvent access controls or free-tier limits. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.
Courseiva is provided 'as is'. We do not guarantee any specific exam results. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
