Dual-write is the real-time integration between Dynamics 365 Finance/SCM apps and Dataverse. Know that it synchronises data bidirectionally, enabling Power Platform apps to access ERP data.
Supply Chain Management warehouse management concepts include work orders, location directives, and wave processing — know these at a vocabulary level even though MB-920 does not require configuration depth.
Microsoft Copilot is embedded in all Dynamics 365 ERP apps — it can summarise data, draft communications, and assist with procurement analysis at a conceptual level.
